We understand there are circumstances that prevent you from attending your own church or organization's photography session. For this reason, we are glad to offer you the opportunity to be photographed at another location and still be placed in your own church or organization's directory. This program is available for three weeks past your church's last scheduled photo date.
For Illinois and Indiana Churches: Here are 5 easy steps to follow to ensure the proper placement of your portrait in your directory, when you are photographed at another location.
On the calendar below find a church that is being photographed in your area.
Click on the church link on the date you wish to be photographed. (This program is available for three weeks past your church's last scheduled photo date.)
Find your home church account # and make a note of it.
Click on the "Walk-In Form" link. Print the form and fill in the important information and take this form with you to the photo session and give to the Photography Team.

5. On the Home Page, click on the church link that you now will be going to for your photo session. You will be transferred to the Online Scheduling site. Follow the easy steps to

The calendar will also provide a map with the location of the church where you will be going to have
your photo taken.
