To schedule your appointment:

Choose your church or organization below or the church where you wish to be photographed,

Click on the church or organization name and follow the prompts: 

1.      Select the NUMBER IN GROUP to be photographed.

2.      Click on the DAY you are available.

3.      Click on the TIME you are available.

4.      Enter your name, phone number and email address. (The same email address cannot be used

         for multiple appointments.)

5.      Create a user name & password.

6.      Review information then click FINALIZE to complete
